The Dental Services Offered by Willow Animal Hospital

As part of your pet’s wellness exam, our veterinarians will conduct a visual exam of the mouth, teeth, and gums. They’ll check for odor; signs of gum disease (redness, swelling, or bleeding); discolored, broken, or missing teeth; and gum recession.

If any of those problems are detected, the veterinarian may recommend one or more of the following (all conducted in-house):

  • Digital X-Rays
  • Cleaning
  • Descaling
  • Subgingival Descaling
  • Polishing
  • Antiseptic Flushing
  • Fluoride Coating
  • Tooth Extraction
