We switched to Willow after a friend's recommendation and are so glad we did. The staff are so friendly, gentle with the animals, and always clear and upfront on prices. They don't push services that are not necessary. And this week we had to put one of our dogs down and the staff were kind and loving to us and our dog. They even let you walk out the back door after dealing with such an emotional experience. Highly recommend!
After years of searching for quality vet care, we have called willow home for 2 years now! They are truly a results based clinic with an amazing team. I had searched for so long for the ROOT CAUSE of my issues when every other vet wanted to treat the visible symptoms. They also saved one of my dogs with a bowel obstruction in a timely manor for a great price. Love love love the staff at willow Animal Hospital ❤️
Dr.K and Ariel were amazing as a team dealing with our brother& sister kitties.Quick, accurate exams, nail trims and sweet interactions with our furry duo. Then upon discovery of a cavity, we were placed on the dental schedule, hoping for a cancellation slot. Taa-Daa! Christmas miracle! Chris called me 2 days later. Our Blu swallowed an acorn and got it lodged, so scary, but Dr. Smith took us right in and did a fantastic job! He was very upfront with pricing and no surprises! All the staff was so welcoming and kind! It was an amazing experience for such a terrible situation!

We love Willow! Dr. Smith has the biggest heart and will bend over backwards to take care of any animal that needs him! The office knows my dog by name, we've been in a lot and they worked with us to keep our bill lower until the issue resolved. The service our dog has received here has been incredible! Also, super clean facility!! We love the techs and vets here! They are amazing!!!
