When seconds count, rest assured that established patients of Willow Animal Hospital can be triaged during office hours by our knowledgable and caring staff. From there, we can point you in the right direction, whether it be our clinic in between regular scheduled appointments, or to one of the numerous urgent care or emergency facilities in the area.
Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Sunday: Closed

For after-hours emergencies, Willow Animal Hospital refers patients to several trusted local emergency veterinary hospitals based on availability and your pet’s needs.
What Constitutes an Emergency?
If your pet is experiencing any of the following symptoms or a symptom you feel is an emergency, please contact with one of the emergency clinics.
- A Temperature Above 104°F or Below 99°F
- Respiratory Distress
- Uncontrolled Diarrhea and/or Vomiting
- Unconsciousness
- Profuse or Continuous Bleeding
- Ongoing Seizures
- Severely Bloated Abdomen
- Staggering, Loss of Balance
- Ingestion of a Toxic Substance
- Inability to Urinate
